Hey guys, thanks for checking out my
latest update. I was planning on making this an instructive update
about jogging, but I let my running shoes in my gym bag...
So instead, I will talk about the
importance of stretching before any sort of vigorous exercise!

You should always try to stretch all
your major muscle groups, before exercising. Here I am stretching my
inner groin muscles... Notice how I place my hands on me knees and not
between my legs.. hehehe :-) That's for the members
